Grifid Hotels’ terms and conditions for credit card payments
By confirming a reservation online you agree with Grifid Hotels’ rules concerning terms, booking cancellation, cases of no show, etc., as follows:
All prices listed in our website are in BGN per person per day and include VAT, tourist tax and insurance tax. Any price in a currency different from BGN that you may see on the site is for information purposes only.
2. Grifid Hotels respect your confidentiality
In order to protect you from fraud while making your credit card payment, we apply the best practices recommended by the international card organisations:
• Security during entry and transmission of card details is ensured by the use of SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the respective payment page of our bank.
• Authenticity of your credit card is checked by entering the card verification value (CVV2)
• In addition, to identify you as a cardholder, our bank’s payment server for e-commerce supports the authentication schemes of the international card organisations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, in case you are registered to use them.
Your personal details will be used only for the purpose of handling your reservation and payment will not be disclosed to third parties.
3. Transaction receipt
If your transaction has been processed successfully a transaction receipt is displayed on the screen which you need to print and keep. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and Maestro payments.
Check with your credit card issuer if your card is online transactions compatible.
The maximum amount per transaction is 10 000 BGN. The transaction currency for credit card payments is BGN.
4. Reservation confirmation
4.1. An online reservation is considered confirmed after payment is made in accordance with the payment form of the bank.
4.2. Your reservation will be kept until 18:00 h on the arrival date. In case of late arrival or no show, kindly inform us in advance.
5. Cancellation of reservation
5.1. In case of cancellation of paid reservation within 30 calendar days prior to arrival Grifid Hotels reimburses the full amount paid. In case of cancellation within 10 to 30 calendar days prior to arrival Grifid Hotels retain 50% (fifty percent) of the payment made.
5.2. In case of payment made and subsequent cancellation within the terms under Article 5.1., the sum due to the client, will be reimbursed to the client’s credit card within 30 days following the planned arrival date.
If cancellation is made at any time later than that referred to in the previous Article 5.1., or in case of no show, Grifid Hotels retain 100% of the amounts paid for online reservations.
