PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY (STANDARD RATE)

• 30% prepayment after confirmation of the reservation from the Hotelier.
• The reservation is guaranteed by the hotel only after the prepayment is received.
• The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid up to 14 days before arrival
• Free cancellation up to 14 days before the date of arrival
• In case of cancellation less than 14 days, the prepaid amount is not refundable
• The indicated time refers to the hotel's time zone (EEST).
